It is that magical time of year when the Disney parks whisk away the Halloween decor and start to string up the twinkle lights. It is time to swap out Mickey pumpkins for Mickey wreaths, but November tends to jump into “only Christmas” too soon.
Just because Halloween is over doesn’t mean we have to abandon the flavors of fall. That’s why we’ve decided to keep our two Halloween-themed tea blends available throughout the month of November. Both tea blends have very Fall forward flavors or apple and pumpkin.
Main Street Pumpkin
This pumpkin tea is unlike any that you have had before starting with a light yellow brew and an enchantingly sweet aroma. This silky rich cup puts a spell on your tastebuds magically creating this taste curiosity of pumpkin, apple, and caramel candy.
Boo To You
This not so scary tea is sure to boil and bubble you into the spirit. To embody the season and villain imagery of the poison apple, we mixed up the most perfectly crisp cinnamon apple cider black tea. Bold, dark, and yet very fruity and complex with clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, almond, and lemon peel.
3 New Holiday Tea Blends
And while we will miss the Mickey pumpkins, we are so incredibly excited to share with you our 3 new holiday teas. We have added one new country to our Holiday Teas from around the World Epcot collection AND two new blends each inspired by a different WDW park.
Introducing Norway, Miracle on Main Street, and Holiday Boulevard.
As of today on November 1st, these three teas are now available on our site along with all of our other holiday favorites. Click here to shop the entire collection.
Due to some shop changes happening behind the scenes, all orders placed the second two weeks in November will be delayed. If you place an order November 8th-22nd, we will not be able to package it until after Thanksgiving.
Norway: International Teas of the Holidays
One of the most iconic theme park bakeries is the beloved Kringla Bakeri og Kafe in the Norway pavilion, home to the popular school bread. Norwegian baked goods are enticing year-round but are extra special during the Christmas season. In Norway, it is common for each household to make seven different types of cookies for Christmas.
To represent our Christmas in Norway tea, we chose the simple yet beautiful Krumkake. These flat iron cookies are thin and delicate, rolled into a cone, and filled with whipped cream. For our Krumkake tea, we went with the traditionally scented cardamom cookie, complemented with a vanilla almond cream.
Holiday Boulevard
Lights, glitter, action! There is no denying that Hollywood Studios has captured some of the best old holiday charm with its retro decorations. Streets lined with palm trees and tinsel shimmering in the lights are the perfect background for the jazzy holiday tunes bouncing in your ear. Look for the pink poodles, porcelain dolls with peppermint dresses, and even a dinosaur with a santa hat!
To capture the essence of the classic diner vibe of the park, we chose a robust black tea blend. We also knew it had to be a caffeinated blend since this is clearly a park of action. Then we sprinkled in the tinseltown taste of peppermint hot cocoa; the quintessential park beverage of the holidays. The cooling peppermint also reflects the visual appearance of the cooling silver tinsel.
Miracle on Main Street
Christmas on Main Street is a magical experience with the perfect mix of hometown charm, wonder, and curiosity. To evoke those cozy and comforting feelings, we started with everyone’s favorite – the chocolate chip cookie. But we also added a taste of Florida with a little orange bird magic. Sprinkle in some zesty orange, and you have the perfect kingdom Christmas!
This tea begins with a base of rich brick-red rooibos to represent the brick and mortar shops of Main Street. The flavor of the tea is pure Christmas joy with roasty, aromatic cocoa shells, and sweet orange – like orange chocolate candy. Plus, it’s a caffeine-free option, perfect for those who want to enjoy a warm cup of tea and cookies before bedtime. After all, Santa knows when you’re sleeping!
Reminder that these are part of a limited time collection and will only be available through mid January. Keep in mind the shipping delays mentioned earlier during the second two weeks of November. Basically, if you want your teas before Thanksgiving, you have to place your order within the first week of November 2023.
