When we saw that Erin McKenna’s had some special decorated options for the Most Magical Celebration on Earth, we just had to stop by. We brought some of our new Iridescent tea to sip with our treats and had a magical morning at Disney Springs.
We ended up choosing the 50th Brownie for the pairing, but they also had 50th donuts and cupcakes. And oh my! This brownie was a-mazing! At first glance, we were a little worried that it might be cloying, but the frosting was surprisingly light and airy, almost like a cool whip taste. And the brownie was rich and chocolaty without being too dense. Honestly, it was one the best desserts we had tried from Erin McKenna’s.
Our Iridescent tea really put the whole thing over the top providing a nice contrast of bright citrus flavors. This bold black tea also has a natural astringency that makes it ideal for chocolate pairings. Iridescent is an earl grey infused with Florida citrus and gold shimmer that we will have in our online shop through the 50th celebration.
