Bonjour and welcome to an Aristocat’s brunch party! Lounge with Duchess in the parlour with a glass of this light floral rosé mimosa. Rosy pink in color with a soft sweet créme de lavande taste. Cheers to rosé mimosas!

Themed Eiffel Tower Champagne flutes are highly recommended, lol. But seriously, we found this all too perfect glass at a thrift shop for $1.50.

What is Duchess Tea?

This herbaceous white tea blend is inspired by Duchess and her kittens’ favorite drink, creme de la creme a la Edgar. Delicate white tea as a base, with aromatic chamomile, luscious lavender, sweet apple, and a hint of pineapple. Very light in caffeine

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Duchess lavender white tea made with 2 tsp tea and sweetened as desired

½ cup chilled sparkling rosé

Directions

Brew the tea concentrate for 3 minutes using 2 tsp of leaves and ⅓ cup of hot water. Then sweeten while the tea is still hot. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, place the tea in the fridge to cool completely.

This can be done ahead of time and you could make a larger amount to keep in a pitcher so you can make multiple drinks for your guests.

The Final Step

In a champagne flute or a fancy glass of your choice, pour in about 1 part chilled Duchess white tea to 1 part chilled sparkling rosé. Based on your own personal tastes, these ratios may be different, but this is a good place to start.

This will definitely be a hit at your next Disney themed party!
