Inspired by baby Jack Jack’s favorite nom nom cookies, this caffeine free blend tastes like a warm chocolate chip cookie with sweet notes of cinnamon.

If you are looking for a unique baby shower gift for a fellow Disney and tea lover, you are not going to find anything quite like this. As a new mom myself, I wanted to created something to bring comfort, joy, and deliciousness.

Not only does this tea have a great taste, it also can be healing, comforting, and support milk production. The herbs in this rooibos tea blend include red raspberry leaf, nettle, fenugreek, nettle, and oat straw are mild in taste but so helpful when it comes to lifting mood and balancing hormonal changes.

While this tea is especially helpful for new moms in their postpartum period, it can be enjoyed by everyone! The herbs can also be helpful with menstrual pains, mood swings, and even hot flashes. Steeping Instructions

Use one teaspoon per 8 oz cup of water

Let steep 5-8 minutes in hot water 210° (boiling)
