Tink’s Temper

Description

Who doesn’t love a magical pixie that can fly and help make other people fly too?  This tea is inspired by our favorite fiery sprite. After a few sips, you will see why; you might just start feeling a little heated! A base of strong black tea with lots of cinnamon, ginger and cloves will bring on the subtle heat, much like a spicy chai or orange spice tea. Watch out! There’s also some red hot chili peppers in the mix – if these prove too spicy for you just pick them out, there aren’t too many- just remember to wash your fingers after touching them!

Steeping Instructions

Use one heaping teaspoon per 8 oz cup of water

Let steep 3-5 minutes in hot water 208° (boiling) longer steep times will bring out more bitterness
